Staff were friendly and accommodating. Stains on the carpet. Bathroom in need of a deep clean. Air-conditioning was loud. Windows dont open at all. Elevator was not working

The location is very good, the room is large, and the breakfast is good, but the air conditioning in the breakfast area and in the bar is constantly too cold and drafty.
