Castle Hotel

A room that felt cozy and was perfectly situated close to my son's university and just 2 minutes from the beach and castle. The tea, coffee, and milk were plentiful, the bathroom was immaculate, and shower gel and shampoo were provided. The lady who greeted us—though I never caught her name—was delightful and I’d stay here again. The downside was that the heavy door rattled all night, letting us hear guests coming and going even when we tried to close it quietly, and the bed felt too firm for me (my husband liked it). There was a stain on the carpet beside the vanity station, and the electric fixtures were problematic: the spotlights above the kettle wouldn’t work unless I wiggled the switch, and the bathroom spotlight was very temperamental.

Heel warme ontvangst door Hannah, topmeid! Leuke kamer. Fijne bar op gelijkvloers, waar je als resident geen last van hebt. Geen lift wat met onze zware koffers wel niet optimaal was en ontbijt nuttigen op de kamer is iets waar we niet zo'n fan van zijn

The location was convenient, yet it would have been very helpful if we could have left our bags in a secure place after checking out before heading out of town.

Very close to the front and easy to reach the centre; the staff were friendly and approachable, and the room had everything I needed. However, the place was noisy at night, which was noticeable, but since it was so hot I had to keep a window open, so it’s hard to blame them.
