“HORRIBLE HOTEL AND HORRIBLE SERVICE”

Absolutely Nothing. I booked the room for my family member for 1 week. My family member went to the hotel and they sent me a form to fill out for credit card authorization. I filled it out and sent my DL and my husband cc to pay. The hotel manager gave the room to another guest and called the police on my family member saying my family member committed fraud. My family member was almost arrested for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I specifically checked that the room was for someone else, which is my family member who is the USA and I am in Canada and my husband and I would pay for the booking. I should have also uploaded my husband DL as well but had no time to do so as the manager would not listen to anything I had to say and kept ignoring my family member and called the police for no reason making my family member feel worse than ever as they were already having a horrible time and I was doing a nice gesture. Horrible hotel and should not be advertised site at all

Nice place, but I’m not grateful that it’s a space for those who can’t afford rent elsewhere.

Everything was fine except the bed, which was not recommendable for sleeping.

The front desk staff were kind and professional, especially Denise. I updated that the GM was out of office until 10/14 and that I’d called multiple times with no response. On 10/12 I talked to Denise, who said the GM would be back on 10/14 and would call me in 2‑3 hours. I called back four hours later and Denise was gone for the day. On 10/14 I spoke to Denise again; the GM was on a call and promised to discuss the issue in five minutes, but he never returned my call. On 10/15 the front desk said the GM would be in ten minutes and would pass my message, but he never did. The GM’s silence is huge. I stayed from Oct 1‑4, Day 1 in Room 322: food stuck on the kitchenette wall, a brown splatter by the bathroom sink, a bullet hole in the window and blinds, a broken toilet, and a lamp, ceiling light, and telephone that didn’t work. Day 2 in Room 415 was a bit cleaner; the bathtub needed a towel at the bottom, the lights worked, the telephone didn’t, the toilet stopped working, and one bed lacked a mattress cover and had a large recent blood stain. We had an event to attend, packed up, and left after the first night, returning both sets of keys and staying elsewhere. I spoke to Denise on the morning of Day 3, and they said they would issue credits, but they couldn’t refund directly. I contacted the motel again, but they refused to refund.

The parking lot was clean and people weren’t just hanging around; the AC worked and the shower water stayed hot. The desk lady had a sour attitude. I arrived around 3 pm and was met by someone who clearly hated their job. It took her about 30 minutes to get me a room even though I already had a reservation. When I finally got to the room, people were still inside, so I had to wait another 15 minutes for a different room. Inside, I found dirty napkins on the floor, a filthy stove, and a stained bathroom mirror.
