The spot was great, but the air‑conditioning didn’t run well.

The place was terrible. When our family of eight arrived, the hotel was closed and we got no information at all; they had taken our reservation but there was no room available when we got there, which was truly awful.

The room was nice and roomy, and the location was good, but the lobby looked nice only until we noticed the lack of air‑conditioning and that people were smoking behind the reception, making the air sometimes pretty nasty.

This place was perfect from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless. I couldn't fault anything, it was a great stay.
