The central location made getting around easy, the staff were friendly even with a late check‑in, and the room was tidy, though the noise from the nearby elevator made the soundproofing poor.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a serious problem with mold in the first two rooms we were given. The third room was better, but still had a musty smell and a leaky toilet. It was a shame, because the hotel had potential, but the issues we encountered made it hard to enjoy our stay.

The staff were great, everything was clean and accessible. However, the staff didn't speak any English at all.

This place is a gem, with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that make you feel right at home. Plus, it's located in the heart of the city, with Sun Plaza Station just a stone's throw away - everything's within walking distance, and there's even a bike rental spot right across the street. The staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us make the most of our day, even when we arrived early and couldn't check in right away.

Sapa's got a lot going for it, and this hotel's location is one of the best bits. The room was a decent size, which is more than I can say for some places I've stayed in this town. I was a bit worried about noise, but the hotel's tucked away from the main street, so I got a good night's sleep. Plus, it's just a short walk to the central part of town, and there are loads of restaurants and cafes nearby - it's a real bonus.
