The hotel's outdated appearance and numerous issues with cleanliness and accessibility made for a disappointing stay. The guest's experience was marred by unpleasant odors and a lack of consideration for guests with mobility issues. Overall, the stay was not enjoyable.

The hotel's small size and lack of amenities, combined with its high price point, made for an unenjoyable experience. The guest found the accommodations to be cramped and uncomfortable, and the lack of air made the space feel even smaller.

While the hotel's room was spacious and well-appointed, the inconvenient location and lack of elevator access made for a frustrating experience. The misleading name and separate spa services also added to my disappointment.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, and the kitchen area and convenient location made our stay even more enjoyable. However, a few minor improvements could enhance our experience.
