חדר ומקלחת גדולים ונוחים. מיטה נוחה ואוירה רגועה. ארוחת בוקר מאכזבת. ציפיתי לרמה גבוהה יותר. ארוחת ערב (בופה בתשלום נוסף) לא טעימה - חבל על הכסף. לידיעה: הסאונות בעירום מלא בלבד למי שמפריע לו

One thing that stood out was the extremely friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist in several languages, and the rooms and everything else were very clean. Breakfast was plentiful with a rich selection of everything, no criticism there. Dinner was also very good, quick, and tasty. The only drawback was the €25 charge per person without drinks, which felt a bit steep for the variety offered. There’s no detailed description of the thermal complex’s layout—no folder or similar guide—so the underground passage can be confusing and easy to get lost in. The TV in the room, which should provide all the information, is hard to use and lacks the times for breakfast and dinner, especially the start and end times.

The accommodation was excellent and the spa was superb. Everything else was fine.

The hotel was wonderful, the thermal baths were amazing, and the relaxation and rest were fantastic. Nothing was lacking.
