I was greeted by very pleasant staff and the breakfast was lovely, plus the location is great.

The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We arrived about 3.00 pm and, travelling in two cars, we did both get a parking space in the secure garage which was really good as parking in this area is not easy. Vegan breakfast wasn't great, poor quality sausage and large amount of tough kale. Cereal, juice, etc was fine

Comfy with good breakfast. A bit of a drain odour knockout about and it reminded us of the hotel from the shining 🌟 😂

Great location in central Bristol, nice welcome, fruit and fresh coffee in the room, good restaurant on site and I was able to work in the cafe area for a while after checkout. Really comfy bed. My room had a slightly smaller window and was quite small but it was great value for money
