The reception staff were of good quality. The cafeteria staff were incompetent and the breakfast food was mediocre.

The hotel was clean, with pleasant interiors. The forest area was very nice, the smell of woods and the silence. The hotel closed the restaurant for guests for a week without warning, serving only corporate events. A good dinner restaurant is 2.5 km from the hotel; part of the walk to it requires going on the road or you can get sandwiches and burgers at the hotel bar. The pillows were uncomfortable; we asked for extra soft ones (they were in the room of friends) and the request was ignored. We requested two separate beds, were denied and given a room with a 150 cm bed. We couldn’t change rooms even though there were rooms with 200 cm beds. In the SPA the number of people per square meter is excessive, even though you book a specific time.

El sitio. El toque histórico. Buena calidad. Me dieron habitación de minusválidos y el baño era incómodo (retrete alto, barras, no hay mampara y aunque seas cuidadoso aquello es Venecia, y no hay meseta junto lavabo, y es pequeño. Creo que deberían advertirlo. El resto está muy bien, que conste
