The area is quiet, yet close to the beach and the city center, and there are plenty of free parking spots by the building. Only the air‑conditioning could be cleaned and dust‑free.

The owners are very friendly, the place is clean, and the parking is huge and accessible; the beach is nearby and you can walk to it. Highly recommended. Everything was in perfect order.

Everything was wonderful, matching the photos. The owner was very friendly, greeted us nicely, showed everything, and gave great place recommendations. In the bathroom the walls are very thin, so if someone is on the other side you can feel them very easily.

The staff were welcoming, proactive, and always on hand. The kitchenette in the room was handy. The building and rooms appeared new and spotless. It was a quiet spot. Multiple services were within walking distance.
