To all foreigners: I had a terrible experience here. After checking in, I went out for dinner around 8 pm and returned to find a bag of chips on my desk that wasn’t there before 🙅. I asked the manager (he was at reception) who said some staff had opened the door and left the bag without informing me 🤷🏻. His reaction was completely normal (crazy, right?). I told him that without my presence, no one has the right to enter my room without telling me. The reception staff, an older gentleman, said that’s normal and that they do it with everyone, but no one ever complains. I have my own privacy, I left my wallet and phone there—why would anyone enter without telling me? That day I checked out at 10 pm and they didn’t apologize or explain; they just said no one has complained like that, you’re making a fuss. Sorry, but I’m not recommending this hotel. I’m sharing this so you’ll be aware. 🙏

Privacy issue: a staff member entered our room while we were out for dinner without telling us. As foreigners, we complained at reception, but they behaved poorly and didn’t apologize. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
