The pool was a real plus, especially the northern part, which was wonderfully quiet. Hygiene could be improved; the room didn’t smell very good, maybe due to the plumbing. Communication was poor, and on the last day we only found out that we had to request a room cleaning ourselves.

The resort is very pretty with its pool and offers scooter rentals on site. However, it is far from everything; without a scooter you can’t reach anything, and the departures for the Koh Lanta Noi boat (where the resort is located) are not included, which is a real inconvenience because you have to pay extra for a taxi. The hosts are friendly, but you should bring a working Google Translate app!

The beautiful beach is 400 m away… or 1.5 km, and nobody can claim it. The staff speak almost no English, even in the restaurant, and you have to rely on Google Translate. They are helpful, but they forget a few things.

The pool is nice. The hotel is in a remote area with no restaurants in the hotel or nearby, and no shops at all. The only food offered in the hotel is beer, cola, and instant noodles. There is no laundry facility. The rooms are untidy. The aquapark is not working. There are only three lounge chairs by the pool. The nearby beach is a disaster: dirty and full of needles from local trees, trash everywhere including used syringes. No palm trees.

The location and pool area were great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we would stay here again. The place is not suitable for disabled or elderly guests; there is no elevator and the surroundings are not adapted. They also closed the pool for cleaning for three days, and we couldn’t use the beach and had to rely on sunbeds, which we had paid for. The showers by the pool didn’t work.
