Everyone was super friendly, the facilities and rooms were great, and breakfast was very good.

The location and breakfast were good, but the hospitality and the small beds were lacking.

The service was exceptional and the facilities excellent; the modern, clean rooms included a 5‑star restaurant called Char Grill, the location was close to the train station and the Terracotta Warriors museum, and a large mall with a great food court was right next door—highly recommend and I’ll be back!

A stunning hotel with top‑class service and a club lounge that offers great drinks. The pool is spacious and the gym is excellent. The currency exchanger at the front desk offers a good rate. The only downside is that breakfast features many pork dishes; I’d appreciate more options with chicken, turkey, or seafood.
