The rooms were beautiful, clean, and the air‑conditioner was cool. The front‑office staff need to learn more about customer‑service courtesy… smiles were hard to come by, the faces were stern and not friendly to guests, and we were not staying for free but paying. Breakfast had many options that needed improvement and was not tasty.
