Everything is ideal for families and kids; the sea has plenty of waves but the kids surf; everything is super good, the food quality is very good, and the baby corner (copa baby) is perfect and well‑equipped.

The facilities are excellent and every employee is very kind and attentive. There isn’t a snack kiosk on the beach, and the restaurant that exists is far from the sea, so there’s no nearby bathroom.

The evening shows were great even though the music was loud; the only downside was that they were always in Portuguese, never in English. The baby club’s cleanliness was poor—my one‑year‑old daughter got a hand‑foot‑mouth infection, fever, and a rash all over, clearly showing the place wasn’t properly sanitized and this ruined our stay.

It was OK, that’s all. The room wasn’t quite clean, and my wife with celiac disease was given no gluten‑free options in three meals, so she had nothing to eat—terrible.
