The bedroom was really nice and comfortable. Plenty of choice at breakfast. I stayed there before a few years ago but found the hotel has gone up a notch. The bar and lounge are better and the whole hotel just seems friendly and nicer. Nothing.

The room was spotless and the food was amazing, but the walls were thin and the next room had someone snoring loudly—felt like we were in the same room, so I couldn’t sleep well.

The hotel sits nicely on the high street and close to the golf club, but there was an odd smell—maybe the carpets need replacing—and the taps were mixed; the hot water tap was scorching hot, so a warning sign for guests would help.
