The breakfast was the only highlight of my stay, with a wide selection of dishes. However, the hotel's location was a bit far from the action, and the rooms lacked a safe for storing valuable items. I had to carry my belongings with me everywhere, which was a hassle. The price I paid didn't match the quality of the hotel, and I wouldn't stay here again.

We were completely ripped off by this hotel, with staff claiming they couldn't find our booking and leaving us to fend for ourselves on the streets with our child for eight days. It was an absolute nightmare, and we wouldn't recommend this place to anyone - especially after they tried to charge us a penalty for not showing up. The whole experience was a disaster.

The staff here are absolute gems, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, everything else about our stay was a bit of a letdown - the room was basic, the location was unremarkable, and the facilities were nothing special.

This hotel's location is super convenient for travelers, right in the heart of the action. However, the towels were a bit of a disappointment - thin and scratchy, not exactly what you want after a long day of exploring.
