There’s a staff member named Şuayip whose friendly and attentive attitude, always answering our questions with a smile, makes me want to return. Kerim should set an example. I also appreciate the staff in the breakfast lounge for their care. The AC didn’t work and Kerim didn’t fix it; if the parking is closed, renovations shouldn’t be used as an excuse.

The room was not very clean—hair in the shower—and the bedding was soft; being next to the elevator meant I could hear the doors opening and closing.

The breakfast was very impressive and nice. When I asked for a heater for my baby, the staff promised to bring it, but I never received it, which was disappointing; the room’s condition was very poor and poorly arranged.

We arrived to find the room still being cleaned; they offered another room, but it was dirty as well. The pizzas were bad. I’ve never had such a bad hotel experience in my life, and it’s astonishing that it has good reviews… the place is poorly frequented.

Petit déjeuner varié et agréable en extérieur. L'isolation des portes de chambres donnant sur le couloir est insuffisante ! Cela rend très bruyant les moindres passages
