I was blown away by how central the place was and how caring the staff were; the breakfast selection was diverse and everything else was fine, nothing else needed.

The spot was fantastic, just 10 minutes from the train station and smack in the heart of the old town, plus the lift was a nice extra and there were great cafés nearby.

The location was central, the rooms were clean and the service was on par with Zürich standards.

Most of the staff were very friendly. The breakfasts were lovely. The location was excellent: close to Zurich HB and the lake. the noise from the street on the Friday night was really bad: partying until 4 am
