I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and beautiful setting; the rooms were comfortable and spacious, staff were helpful and respectful, and overall the stay was pleasant and enjoyable. In general, the experience was good with no major negative points, though I wish they paid more attention to some minor details to improve the stay.

The food was good, the hotel is close to the Egyptian Mall, and the space is beautiful. However, on the first day a few bathroom amenities were missing.

The pool was nice and the area is large, located away from downtown Cairo and close to the museum. Yet every night there was a wedding with loud music played outdoors, turning the room into a nightclub; we couldn’t sleep until late and the kids were exhausted. When we asked the staff after the first night if this would happen every night, they lied and said it was only that night, ruining our vacation.
