We never managed to get into the apartment because a message on the website asking us to call went unnoticed, and the staff never followed up on such notices; their response was blunt and unfriendly, showing no desire to help resolve the mix‑up, which left a very unpleasant impression of the service and attitude.

We stayed several times. The location is great, the metro is nearby, and the rooms are very good for the price: clean, comfortable beds, and air‑conditioning. At the first meeting, when more communication was needed because nothing was understood yet, we wished for more friendliness, but in subsequent visits everything was superb. So if needed, we would return again.
