The location was great, but the electronic check‑in was a bit complicated for seniors, and we initially couldn't get into the room, though we eventually managed.

We received a better room—an apartment that exceeded our expectations, well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, a terrace, a minibar, two bathrooms, and nothing was missing; the location was perfect, close to Tipos Arena where we attended a concert; the breakfasts were plentiful and the staff was friendly.

The room was spacious and clean, but the shower didn't work well and had to be held by hand; the breakfast was good but could be better; the location was excellent, with only tram line 4 to the city center and bus 61 from the airport, taking 25 minutes.

Room, price, facilities, access, good breakfast, comfort—everything was fine, but I can't say anything negative.
