The location is central and gives easy access to everything, and the reception staff are always cheerful and ready to help. The mattresses were a bit soft, so anyone with back problems might find them uncomfortable.

The hotel’s location is good, the rooftop pool is fantastic, and the staff are responsive. I didn’t like the breakfasts: the food was repetitive, the vegetable selection only included tomatoes, and there was only one pastry roll; it was very sparse. Another downside was that I couldn’t iron my own clothes; a stranger had to do it for €7.5 for four items, and the ironing was poorly done.

It’s well‑situated in the city centre, though the street is noisy and somewhat sketchy. The staff are very friendly, which is the only real strength of the place, and the breakfast is good.
