The place is amazing—stepping into a forest feels like a dream. The room is beautiful, and the entire surrounding area is equally stunning. The only thing that bothered me was that the private beach in front of the hotel isn’t suitable for swimming. I probably made a mistake by not checking beforehand; the current is extremely strong, there’s a red flag, and entering the sea can be very dangerous.

Nothing impressed us at all; the suite we booked as the “most luxurious” looked nothing like the photos, there were constant power cuts, we couldn’t sleep because there was no air and no water, and the only water available came from the hotel’s filtered system. When we asked for a blanket they said none were available, and soap was also refused. The balcony door wouldn’t lock, so we couldn’t close it properly, and the grounds were crawling with cockroaches, centipedes, a scorpion and worms. We were supposed to stay two nights but ended up leaving after one, and the hotel was flexible enough to let us depart without any cancellation fees or extra charges.

We only managed one night there, yet the property is beautiful, quiet on the beach, tucked in the jungle yet close to restaurants and shops. Our room spanned two floors, was spacious, well‑equipped and spotless, making for a wonderful overnight experience that I’d gladly recommend. The full‑body massage was very pleasant and the staff were friendly.

The property is on the beach. We slept in a gorgeous chalet. The restaurant was very good. We were off‑season and they treated us wonderfully. In high season the place is a fairy tale. The beach was a bit dirty with plastic. The sea was very choppy because of the rainy period. Despite that we had sunshine and enjoyed the beach.

The bed was very comfortable, showers were great overall, and the stay was amazing. The staff were outstanding—the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. We were sick in the last few days and the staff were fantastic; they got us everything we needed and even took us (free of charge) to a local doctor. We did the cooking class and had a massage in our room, both of which were amazing experiences. I cannot recommend this enough! 100000/10 A++++. Everything was sensational!
