The only positive was the location to Wembley. The rooms were very dirty, the bed was broken, and the mattress was foam and solid, making it very uncomfortable. Clean sheets were present, but the quilt was lumpy and the cover had holes. A bin liner covered the smoke alarm. The stairs to get in were steep and actually moved while using them. The shared bathroom and hallway were filthy.

The owners were friendly and quick to respond, and the bottom bunk was very comfortable. However, the room itself was dirty, the bed was broken, and there was a hole cut into the walls. The wardrobe mirror was broken, and I didn’t realize there would be no tea or coffee for the first drink of the day—only a kettle and a fridge‑freezer were provided. Someone in a neighboring room played music all night, and at 2 am a man wrapped in a duvet was cooking next to our room, while the bathroom door was slammed constantly. The bathroom was filthy, with uncleaned toilet waste, and the overall noise made it hard to sleep. I had thought I’d booked a family‑home style room, but the place felt more like a few beds and a handful of rooms rented out daily.

It is what is is. A basic room with a triple bunk and a single bed, a small table, 2 chairs, a single mirror fronted wardrobe. Linen and towels included. 3 stops on the tube from Wembley and a half a mile walk from Willesden Green tube. Shared bathroom. Paid £51 for one night for 4 of us, cheap as chips but you get what you pay for!. Kitchen smelt. Bathroom dirty and open bins full and smelly Window blind broken and wouldnt stay closed. Mirrored front wardrobe door, glass all smashed. Dirty walls, doors, skirting boards, down side of bed. Holes in walls, filthy radiator. Noise from road outside room sounds like a war zone and goes on all night, think we fell asleep around 2.30am

In our room there was a fridge, a microwave, and a kettle, which was a big plus. The room was very dirty.

It was simply disgusting. The rooms were filthy, the bathroom was awful, and fire alarms were covered with bin bags. Random people used the kitchen next to the rooms and played music until 2 am. It’s a health‑and‑safety mystery how this property is even allowed to be listed.
