“Great location. Comfortable hotel. Great staff.”

The room I stayed in was quite large, very comfortable, and had a big bathroom. The staff was really nice, and the location was great—right across the street from an amazing mall that has everything you need to be comfortable. If I could offer some constructive criticism, I would ask why the sauna is in the men’s toilet? There’s plenty of space in the hotel to have a proper sauna that’s comfortable and nice to use; nobody wants to go into a sauna that’s beside toilet stalls with nowhere to go in between sessions.

A comfortable and spacious Junior Suite with good, though somewhat dated, furnishings. A good breakfast buffet. The location on Rama IV Road right next to Lumphini Park is very advantageous if you come by car, especially since the use of the generously sized parking garage is included. The panoramic windows overlooking the main road, busy both day and night, provide almost no sound insulation. The air conditioning blew ice‑cold air regardless of the temperature setting. A loose electrical connection caused the lights and TV to turn on by themselves on the second night—an effect I’d rather have avoided.

The location, a clean nice spacious room. The deluxe suite didn’t have a nice view, so I downgraded to a junior suite instead for the stunning view facing One Bangkok and Lumpini Park.
