The cleanliness was good. The bedding, pillows, and blankets were of terrible quality.

The gentleman who helped us was courteous, but the pillows need an urgent swap – the ones provided are just thin foam sheets that don’t even fold twice properly, and the sheets are extremely thin and worn. Havan offers good prices and installment options!! On top of that, there’s an extra R$80 charge to get a room with air‑conditioning, pushing the bill from R$350 (already not worth it) to R$430 – unbelievable! Given the facilities and what the place offers, the nightly rate is far too high.
