What we liked most was the service from Javier, the security staff, and the Saturday buffet cooks – they were extremely kind, helpful, and clearly knew the hotel well. However, contrary to that, the reception seemed clueless. We arrived when there were two women who were fortunately very friendly, but when I asked if there was a weekend buffet, they said no, and when I asked if the hotel garden could be rented for weddings, they also said no. Later, other staff told me that there was a buffet and that the garden could be rented. Additionally, the restaurant service was quite poor: not very friendly or courteous, and it seemed they were annoyed by my requests. My friends, my parents who were also with us, had different experiences; it’s unclear if they dislike serving young people. The prices were outrageous – we paid 109 pesos for 6 nuggets and 10 fries. The same happened with the molletes, which were tiny. Finally, the cleanliness was lacking: the room looked dirty, the sheets had stains, and we found a live cockroach.

El. Bufet. Que en recepción no están tan atentos a los huéspedes y tienen mala manera de preguntar las cosas vom9ncuando entregue mis toallas y me preguntan y dejaste identificación cuando el requisito para pedir una toalla es con una identificación en fin solo hay que poner atención en los huéspedes que atienden y la manera en la que los atienden

The hotel was decent overall, just a solid place to spend the night. The reception staff were a bit off, so watch out.
