I liked the location, but the place wasn’t really clean, there were only two towels in the bathroom and none in the kitchen, and the wifi was awful.

The terrace was nice and the bathroom was fine, and it’s close to the train station, but there were missing essentials like a trash can inside, no cutting board or dishcloth, the sofa was uncomfortable with a worn sheet, the train noise was loud, there were no shutters, no air‑conditioning in the bedroom (only in the living room), and when we tried to use the dishwasher the host said it was out of service even though that wasn’t mentioned in the booking; after we pointed that out she finally gave us detergent and let us use it (so it worked?). Mosquitoes were everywhere all day and night, making the terrace unusable unless you set up a mosquito repellent.

Having a private parking spot was great, but the bed was too short; I’d suggest the kind hosts replace it.

We found the place welcoming and clean, the host was very kind and quick to give useful tips for enjoying our stay, and the level of care we received far surpassed any expectation; we’re happy we chose GuestHouse Persico and will definitely return—thanks for everything!

The room was clean and exactly as shown in the photos, but there was no soap anywhere.
