The view of the reservoir is beautiful. The staff were courteous and responsive. The rooms were relatively clean, but the air conditioner was too warm. The restaurant prices are a bit high.

The location is great. The staff are friendly and courteous. The indoor pool was clean. Breakfast wasn’t bad.

The terrace view and the hotel’s location were great, and the Eco‑Petačka chili grill nearby was quite enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was tasty and fresh, and the staff were responsive. However, the hotel clearly needs serious maintenance and renovation in some rooms. In our room the corner fell off as soon as I touched the curtain. The bathroom lacked a toilet paper dispenser and a shower cabin accessory holder. The terrace tables are uncomfortable because they’re made of wrought iron. The restaurant is a bit cramped; the food is good but the place needs a facelift. There’s no parking at the hotel, so we had to stop on the road. I didn’t use the pool or spa, so I can’t comment on those. The interior of our room feels very dated; the wall panels are actually laminate and not very aesthetic. I’d say the hotel has great potential but lacks upkeep.
