The location was amazing and the price‑quality ratio unbeatable; it’s a room in an old house but for what we paid it was very clean and comfortable, meeting our expectations perfectly. The only hiccup was the key system in lockers, which can be a bit of a hassle if you’re not used to traveling, but once you figure it out it’s fine.

Privacy was good, but the cleanliness could improve—there were ants in my room, and the ventilation was lacking; we only had a single fan, it was hot, and cold air leaked through a wall hole.

The room itself wasn’t bad, but the building entrance smelled awful and was disgusting. The bathroom was shared by at least eight people, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing, it wasn’t very clean, the shower curtain was grimy, and flushing revealed all the dust. The kitchen was mediocre, the toaster didn’t work, and the water heater had a weird milk‑like residue. The supposed air‑conditioning in the room was a noisy fan that was actually two single beds instead of a large one. The cleaning lady was very unpleasant, even looked at us badly, so we ended up eating breakfast in the room out of discomfort. On the last day a salad we kept in the fridge was stolen—lamentable. I do not recommend it.

Great breakfast and a super convenient spot for walking around the whole city, but the shared bathroom was a drawback.

Air conditioning, kitchen access, decent bathroom, good location, washing machine, close to water buses – all positives, yet the memory‑foam mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, the power cut when many appliances ran, no laundry pegs were provided, and the entrance corridor was dim.
