A lovely family-friendly vibe, super comfy, spotless, and just a block from Varesse beach. Nancy and Alberto made us feel like we were in an extraordinary experience! Highly recommend—exceptional service.

Just two blocks from the Varese beach access, the neighborhood felt lovely, quiet and safe. The house itself was pristine, the room comfy with Wi‑Fi, TV and a fan, the bed a perfect ten, and the fully equipped kitchen, balcony, patio, living and dining areas all very inviting. The real highlight was Alberto and Nancy, who always offered a kind word and the best tips. I only regret having to head back home so soon.

The location is spectacular, the room is huge and bright, with all the comforts and a great bathroom. But the real highlight was the hosts, Nancy and Albert—wonderful, super friendly, and attentive in every way. Their place is beautiful and they take great care of it!

Human warmth. Nothing else bothered me.

I was really let down by this hotel - the room was tiny and in pretty bad shape, which wasn't what I saw in the pictures. To make matters worse, the owner was super rude and tried to rip me off. Not exactly what I'm looking for in a hotel.
