I booked a lakeside suite, but when I arrived I was handed an apartment that hadn’t even been cleaned by the staff who had been there… I asked for another room, but they couldn’t give me another apartment with a parking view. If we had stayed longer we would have switched rooms, but we had to leave for the airport at 4 am. The minibar was empty, the water was turned off, and nothing worked. I was very disappointed and had to pay 70 euro.

The view was nice, but cleanliness needs more attention. There were spider webs under the radiator that fell on the floor, mold in the shower, and I even found a fake bag in the shower.

The location was great because it was next door to the wedding venue I was attending, and it was set in lovely surroundings, but that was all it had going for it. I didn’t find anything to dislike, knowing it was a 3‑star hotel; the hotel itself felt very dated, some staff were great while others were not so great, and breakfast was poor and very limited.
