The super friendly chef, who also handled the reception and other practical matters during our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Nice that we could also use the pool in the evening. Initially the pre‑arrival contacts were not very smooth, but luckily that was sorted out completely!

Location is perfect. Went to check in at 3 pm, the hotel was closed (doors locked, lights out). Came back, staff was there. The place needs vast improvement. The pool water was cloudy.

We arrived at the place, tried emailing and calling, but no one could let us in; someone from another hotel answered and told us to come over, but it cost £40 more. What choice did we have?
