“Disfrutable”

The location was great, the room was pretty and comfortable with a big TV, and the style mixed modern vibes with the old‑town architecture. However, the reception was a bit problematic: I was arriving on a motorcycle and couldn't focus on my phone, so I didn't realize there would be no one to open the door for me. I was left standing for a few minutes without knowing what to do, called a number posted outside, and no one answered. Meanwhile another guest was also trying to check in and didn't know how to get in either. Finally, I received a WhatsApp message with instructions, and both of us managed to enter. The other guest was also in the same situation. I also didn't like that no lights were on in the common areas; during my stay I only ran into someone the following day, which gave the place a lifeless feel.

The decor was very pleasant, though it might help to add a coat rack in the room. Everything else was good, but it would be nice to include breakfast if possible. The rooms at the entrance are cozy but get noisy when other guests arrive while you’re already asleep.

A truly beautiful converted old townhouse, full of character and charm, with comfy rooms and super helpful staff.

The location of the hotel is exactly where it should be. The reception and breakfast are unattended.

Sitting on the terrace. A l9vely spot with a great view. It would have been good to have the kitchen stocked properly. One morning there was only decaf coffee. Also, the fridge did not have many items listed on the menu. Staffing was a little too scarce. The overall experience more than made up for this. We enjoyed our stay very much
