I loved the room. It was very spacious, had all the necessary items and excellent quality. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff wonderful. The lodge is very beautiful with an amazing view.

The room is modern, full of technology like a projector, screen, and electric fireplace. The breakfast is served at an outdoor table, regardless of weather, and there is no place for breakfast. My room was not cleaned between stays; according to the staff I should have requested it, but she admitted she didn’t inform me. I asked for a lower pillow twice and was not attended to. In short, the cost‑benefit is not worth it. There are better accommodations in São Pedro da Serra.

Everything! The lodge is beautiful! The structure and décor are of very good taste! Breakfast was delicious with a view of the endless Serra landscape! Fernanda and Andréa welcomed us very well. The staff were also very kind and helpful. We loved the pool table! Highly recommend!

The cleanliness, décor, and breakfast at Chalé Beija-Flor were outstanding—just wow! Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.
