Clean apartments compared to Salalah apartments, located in a happy area with many shops and cafés nearby; everything I wanted was close, but I couldn't find a reservation because I chose the hotels that are cleaner and more organized. Parking is a hassle, bathrooms are old and need new tiles, there's a faint smell near the lounge, the lounge is small, and the kitchen is lacking.

Everything was fine, especially the grand play area. No complaints.

Great location, facilities, and restaurants. The kitchen setup lacks ventilation and has a gas odor.
