The location is excellent, very organized and clean, and close to the beach, market, and pharmacy. Rogério and Sérgio, who run the place, welcomed us warmly and made our stay even better. Nothing to complain about, everything was great!

The receptionist was calm. The bed and wardrobe were fine, the bathroom was spotless, but a shelf was dirty, with cheap items and a bit of cockroach droppings.

The spot is spot‑on – everything’s within walking distance and the Siqueira Campos metro stop is right behind the building. The only thing that bugs me is the way guests get in and out; the front desk seemed a bit lax and I could wander in just by flashing a badge. It’d be nice if they tightened up the entry process.

The price‑to‑value ratio is solid – the place is close to the beach, a market and a gym, which made daily errands easy. Unfortunately the microwave was dead and the Wi‑Fi cut out one night, and they couldn’t fix it that day, which was a bit confusing. Still, those glitches didn’t ruin the stay.
