I liked the friendly reception, but if you’re not too demanding, just spend one night with a bottle of wine in the room and it’s fine.

The bike storage is good. The pool is closed, there are faulty outlets in the rooms, and the toilet seat is detached.

The staff were kind, attentive and pleasant throughout my week-long stay, yet the overall service was very disappointing. The bedding was old and very uncomfortable, ruining the quality of the stay. Breakfast was a disaster, mostly industrial products and very poor for a four‑star hotel. The pool didn’t seem to be cleaned daily, raising concerns about maintenance and hygiene. Overall, the hotel needs a full renovation: the equipment is aging and the level of service does not match the four‑star rating advertised. To me, this place deserves no more than two stars at best, given its general condition and service quality. There’s a real gap between the listed classification and reality on site.
