The hotel manager was especially attentive and helpful, even taking us to the bus station at 5:30. The location is excellent—quiet, with a lovely garden and seating. The entrance to the Forestry Administration’s nature garden is nearby, offering a nice walk to Old Manali. The food at the hotel is very good, and the breakfast on the balcony was particularly delightful. Other restaurants are close, and the mall is nearby. The hotel feels a bit old‑fashioned but is well maintained and clean. The shower is warm and good, and the beds are comfortable. If you’re looking for a cozy spot in Manali, this is the place. The price/value ratio is solid. Nothing to add.

The property area is very pretty, and the location is great—neither too close nor too far from Mall Road. Food options are good with plenty of choices, and the staff is amazing, especially the gentleman at reception who was very helpful and kind. The rooms are quite large and have all the basic amenities needed. However, the rooms were cold at night and early in the morning; I didn’t find a heating device, though I might have missed it. The mattresses were not the best, with many old spots, but otherwise there were no major complaints.

The room is a good size with a nice veranda, clean and comfortable. Service is outstanding—very punctual and effective in fulfilling our requests. We were very happy with the food served. The parking lot is large and the gardens are nice. The electric hot water heater is limited in size, which is the local standard—same at most places we stayed.

The place is very comfortable and clean, and the owner is very attentive. The location is great, the shower is good, and we loved the view of the beautiful garden. The food is simple but very nice.
