The extensive breakfast was again excellent with plenty of choices, the bed was comfortable and the standard room was spacious and beautiful, the pool was also nice and large, and I could swim in peace, but unfortunately during my four‑night stay the juice bar in the breakfast area was broken so I couldn’t get orange juice with my breakfast.

We arrived to find the room phone and microwave both non‑functional, and the worst part of the stay was the elevator repeatedly breaking down.

I booked a double bed for my 15‑year‑old daughter who was at a softball camp at Western NM University, but the room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so we were forced into a king room without an extra bed or couch and my husband had to sleep on the floor. The room was clean, but when I asked for a discount the staff blamed me, saying it was my fault, and they refused because I didn’t pay the hotel chain directly. Overall a horrible experience.
