The pool was a highlight, but the staff were rude, double‑charged my card for the reservation and then tried to charge it 19 more times for over $6,000. When I raised the issue and they kept attempting to charge me, they even called the police on me.

I enjoyed a great stay and everything was very nice, yet I was billed almost $300 while I thought my room was only $129.

The staff were friendly, access was easy, and the place was clean—everything I needed was in one spot. However, there was no free breakfast, and the rooms and sheets had an unpleasant smell; a bit of Febreze or something would help.
