The staff were amazing; we walked in from the street and they welcomed us and were very accommodating. We were a family of 5 and they moved us to a better room. It was good value for money and perfect for our family. I mean not much. It was an old building but that adds to the charm.

Great hostel, with guests of all ages. Rooms were very clean, bathrooms slightly outdated but clean. Options of light basic breakfast (cereal, fruit, toast, no cooked food) or a kitchen where you can make your own if you bring food. I made special arrangements to check in at midnight and the night manager was very accommodating and helpful. Expect the usual hostel inconveniences and come prepared! Earplugs and a sleep mask will cut out 90% of the annoyances of roommates checking in late and turning the light on, snoring or rustling in their bags

Location was great, the cost was fantastic, great to have access to a full kitchen, the socialising with other people at the hostel was such a highlight to my trip!. The mattress could be a little better, I had to put some camping mats I had on top of the mattress to make it more comfortable. Everything else was great for the price!
