The location was good, but everything felt dated.

The hotel offered a sauna and a pool, yet there was nothing to do nearby and children only had a cinema to entertain them.

The reception staff were very helpful about parking options and the breakfast was good, but the bedside light was broken, the TV remote was partially broken, and the shaving mirror didn’t work.

The room was not used, and the reception really needs improvement.

I liked the pool, but the situation with the pool access was disappointing. It was inconvenient to reach the pool, and the hotel didn’t mention this when I booked. We couldn’t sleep all night because the area was noisy from night clubs near the accommodation lot.
