The location was good, but the building feels old and needs a lot of work. The shower’s cold water control was leaking and definitely needs repair or replacement.

The location, restaurant, and clean rooms were all great. I loved everything. The only downside was the construction noise.

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, pero necesita una actualización. El personal fue atento y amable. Los restaurantes del hotel están muy bien. Si vas a la clínica mayo, por la cercanía es práctico. No me gustó que no puedas ventilar la habitación, ni apagar del todo el aire acondicionado, tampoco me gustaron los suelos de moqueta, además de anticuados, no son muy higiénicos. El agua de la ducha no salía a una temperatura estable, rondaba entre muy fría y muy caliente. Muy incómodo!! Y la tienda 24 horas que tienen dentro del hotel, solo tienen comida basura, casi no encuentras una opción saludable y teniendo en cuenta que muchos de los huéspedes son pacientes de la Mayo, podrían cuidar esos detalles
