The mattress and latex pillows are very comfortable. On arrival the sheets were very wrinkled… I don’t think they were used, just not ironed. The breakfast was from a discount supermarket… staff absent.

It was a really good place, breakfast included, with a buffet of pre‑packaged sweets and a coffee machine always available; every morning they deliver pastries or brioche. The property is split into 3 rooms with a bathroom (one on the ground floor and two on the first floor), has a kitchen with stove and fridge, a washing machine and drying racks (to use according to the schedule) shared. Also, the rooms have a mini fridge, air conditioning, a bidet (at least room 3 had one), and super comfortable mattress and pillows if you have back problems. The price‑quality ratio is fantastic and it’s about 200 metres from the bus stop. I’ll definitely come back! The place is a bit dated: the room window was hard to open (I was afraid it would fall in my hand); the bathroom window opened fine. I would recommend refitting the windows because the existing ones have ultra‑thin glass and the shutters/bug screens are all broken. Instead of the pouf, put a small table, and you really need bins for larger trash (at least plastic and paper). I’d also add a tripod for hanging towels in the bathroom because the current hangers are really uncomfortable.

Clean and comfortable environment, buffet available for breakfast and a 24‑hour coffee machine (top). Mini fridge in the room and a fully equipped kitchen shared. Outdoor area for breakfast, a washing machine and a drying rack. Just steps from the centre! Great stay.
