Everything was great—being in a shopping plaza is convenient, the place is super clean, the lobby scent is nice, and the staff were attentive. The bed and pillows were super soft, which I miss. Taxis are outside on the avenue, so you don’t have to wait long; we walked 25 minutes from the hotel to the Hidalgo stadium, which was cool. There’s no Uber in Pachuca. The only downside was that we were told we couldn’t access food.
