The room was clean and comfortable, but the housekeeping staff were very rude when I entered the room after checkout.

The beds were comfy and the coffee was good, yet the shower curtain looked worn and dingy, mold appeared above the shower—likely from a leak—and the toilet seat was loose with a missing push‑in lock on the door handle; the bathroom didn’t match the quality of other Holiday Inn Express hotels I've stayed at.

I loved the bed and the breakfast. The night front‑desk employee charged me for the room even though I had already booked and paid, but the next morning I spoke with the morning staff and got the charge refunded.
