The location is good, even though the area is somewhat empty, and the beach, terraces, and shops are a 10‑15 minute walk away. The hotel itself has no beach for swimming. The rooms are modest but sufficient for sleep and a shower. The all‑inclusive meals lack imagination, with the same dishes at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was quite bland, and the fact that there is no beach to swim in is disappointing.

The staff were very polite and hardworking, and the animator was very positive and helpful, but the hotel and the whole property do not look like the pictures. The rooms were acceptable for the price paid, but the bathroom was a disaster (the drainage smelled terrible). The all‑inclusive offer was a failure: drinks and local alcohol were served in plastic, and when I wanted a glass of imported wine, I could only get it on the first evening of the stay, after which the Metaxa ran out and was never restocked, the same happened with whisky. I couldn’t even buy it. The meals were a mix of fresh and old (from the previous day), and each day was the same. The loungers and umbrellas were in need of replacement.

The front desk staff were very friendly, but we stayed for a week and never had a single cleaning; the room was never vacuumed or swept. The food was almost identical day after day. Another issue: there is no beach right outside the hotel; you have to walk about 10 minutes to a beach with loungers, where we paid 20€ for two loungers. The hotel is old and in bad condition, especially the showers.

The hotel is close to the sea and the staff are adorable with smiles. The pool is nice. The food isn’t great, especially the desserts which are really bad and way too sweet. We booked a triple room for extra space but ended up in a double room where the bathroom and toilet are in the same room without doors, unlike all the other rooms that have separate bathrooms. Every evening an entertainer would shout into a microphone and we could hear everything from our room even with the windows closed. Our friends with their baby had a hard time sleeping because of the noise.
