“Boa”
The location is convenient. The bed is on the second floor and the space is very small, making it hard to move between the bed and the rail.

The spot is great, right in the heart of town, and the duplex layout is a nice touch. But the apartment itself is cramped and the layout feels a bit awkward.

Everything was spot‑clean and organized, super functional. Just didn't wow me beyond what I expected.

The location is solid, but some outlets were dead, there were dirty towels in storage, and the shower aerator was clogged.
